    Job Description

    Position: Injection Molding Technician

    Company: Leading Manufacturing Company

    Role and Responsibilities

    • Provide direct support to the Process/project lead and Lead in process technician.
    • Troubleshoot and adjust molding parameters to ensure quality and maximize product output.
    • Perform problem-solving to address customer issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Implement corrective technical or mechanical solutions to resolve problems.
    • Read specifications to determine setup, temperature, and time settings.
    • Regulate molding temperature, volume, pressure, and time.
    • Record all relevant data related to job instructions.
    • Assist in mold setup.

    Qualifications and Education Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Ability to work flexible hours with short notice.
    • Effective professional communication skills across departments.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the injection molding industry.
    • Capable of lifting 50lbs and performing physical tasks for extended periods.
    • Strong mathematical skills and ability to use measuring tools for Quality Assurance.

    Preferred Skills

    • Training in scientific molding fundamentals or 3 years of experience in injection molding support roles.
