    Description
    Central Park East has an immediate opening for an experienced Sr. Service Technician Our team members are high performers that care about customer service and exceed expectations. The Sr. Service Technician plays a critical role in our success.

    Central Park East is a newly remodeled 448 unit garden-style community in Northeast Bellevue. This location lends to a neighborhood feel with close access to Bellevue, I-5, and highway 520.


    JOB DESCRIPTION
    $1,000 signing bonus


    This position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

    What your day might look like


    • Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service
    • Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner (including appliance repairs)
    • Prepare apartments for new move in's by completing "make-ready" process
    • Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas
    • Assist with vendor management and other duties
    • Perform routine maintenance and inspections for equipment
    What we are looking for


    • Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
    • Previous experience with painting, entry level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing
    • High level of professionalism in both manner and dress
    • Excellent communication skills: ability to read, write and communicate effectively
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite

    The hourly range for this position is $ $30.00.


    Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


    Corporate Positions:

    In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for an annual performance bonus that is based on individual and company performance.


    Onsite Property Positions:

    In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
