Position Summary
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Underwriting potential acquisitions, including performing due diligence, and conducting market research.
- Financial modeling of cash flows and deal structures.
- Assisting in financial analysis and management of existing assets.
- Participating in meetings with property managers and capital partners.
- Preparing materials for and participating in internal meetings.
- Collecting, analyzing and presenting market information, including recent sales.
- Working with other team members to accomplish tasks under time pressure.
Skills & Competencies
- Previous experience in quantitative fields including business, finance, IT, or accounting
- Some experience in real estate preferred
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problemsolving skills
- Significant experience with financial modeling
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to present results
- Selfstarter and strong work ethic
