We are looking for a new addition to our Accounting Team.


You will be responsible for:


  • Operational responsibility for accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and general ledger for the company and a subsidiary
  • Participating in intercompany reconciliations
  • Managing and recording payments
  • Preparing and reconciling sales tax accounts and filing sales tax returns
  • Assisting with reporting and budgeting
  • Creating analyses, evaluations, and statistics for management
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements and assisting with the annual financial statement according to HGB
  • Optimizing processes related to accounting
  • Acting as a point of contact for external tax advisors and auditors

You are a good fit if
:


  • You have completed training as a financial accountant/tax specialist and have previous experience in a similar role
  • You are proficient in MS Office applications
  • You have experience with an ERP system or accounting software
  • You have a selfsufficient, solutionoriented work style
  • You are able to work independently and enjoy detailoriented work and taking on responsibility
