**The Crossings at Carlsbad** a JC Golf property, has an exciting opportunity for a reliable and safety minded **Line Cook** with a focus on quality. This role will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant and preparing food in accordance with company standards for production quality and quantity.

**HIGHLIGHTS OF WHAT YOU GET TO DO:**

Follow all specifications to properly and efficiently prepare hot foods, side dishes, and specialty items.

Assist, as directed, to prepare food for banquet functions.

Maintain internal cleanliness of iceboxes.

Maintain all Kitchen equipment in clean, working order, at all times.

**YOUR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:**

Efficient, reliable, safety minded with high quality standards for production and service.

Be able to follow simple verbal directions

Good team player, courteous, customer service focused
