If you are fluent in Spanish, even better The Information Technology Specialist is responsible for supporting internal customers with IT needs under the direction of the IT Manager and CFO.

Fresh Origins was established more then twenty years ago and is the leading producer of microgreens and edible flowers in the U.S.

• Provide technical support to endusers by troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
• Perform routine system updates, patches, and upgrades.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Directing thirdparty vendors who may be involved in diagnosing and correcting system related issues and assisting with solutions.
• Assist in managing and troubleshooting network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with senior administrators to optimize network performance and reliability.
• Perform routine data backups and ensure data integrity.
• Participate in security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that support business objectives.
• Assist in evaluating and recommending IT hardware and software purchases.
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
• Develop expertise to train staff in new technologies.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience; combination of education and experience acceptable.
• Valid driver's license and ability to be insured to drive company vehicle.
• Fluency in English required; fluency in Spanish preferred.
• Strong understanding of computer systems, networking, and IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Must possess a customer service demeanor: a naturally friendly disposition, the ability to engage others in conversations, responsive, proactive and helpful attitude at all times.
• Excellent communication skills and ability provide instructions in terms employees at different levels of proficiency can understand.
• Ability to work well collaboratively and independently.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Any relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Associate) is a plus.
