Your tasks
- Acceptance and analysis of malfunctions via telephone, email, ticket system and in person
- Qualification and escalation of tickets
- Independent resolution of 1st level and partially 2nd level tickets
- Monitoring of IT components
- Support and deployment of client components
- Creation and management of employee accounts (Active Directory)
- Onboarding of new employees and conducting employee trainings
- Support and advice for employees regarding technical inquiries
- Creation and maintenance of documentation
- Management of hardware inventory
What you bring
- Successfully completed training as an IT specialist specializing in system integration or a comparable education in the IT field; motivated career changers with relevant expertise are also welcome
- First professional experience in IT support
- Network knowledge (LAN, WAN, MPLS, TCP/IP, VPN)
- Good Windows knowledge
- Experience with ticket systems
- Good skills in analyzing and implementing technical requirements
- High level of teamwork and communication skills as well as service orientation
- Driver's license class B
