Responsibilities
*Provide exceptional Customer service by greeting and assisting customers in selecting cigars based on their preferences and needs. *Maintain a deep knowledge of our brand, blends, sizes and strengths to effectively guide customers in their purchases. *Up-sale *Take Phone Calls *Re-Stocking *Maintain clanliness and organization of the lounge, including Cigars, display cases, shelves and smoking area.


Qualifications
*Excellent Customer service *Experience on Retail Sales *Proficiency in Using Point-of-Sale Systems for transactions *Attention to the detail in maintaining inventory accuracy, freshness and rotation *Good Communication Skills to educate customers and answer their inquiries about our Brand *Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment *Strong organizational skills to keep the store clean, organized and visually appealing *Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and Holidays as required in a retail setting *Integrity and Trustworthiness in handling customer information, transactions and cash. *Punctuality: Must Consistently arrive on time fot scheduled shifts *Good Presentation, Professional appearance and adhere to the company dress code standards. *Must respect and adhere to the designated service hours established by the company
