_Key Responsibilities_:

- _Maintain the operability of all hotel equipment to uphold a seamless guest experience._
- _Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot electrical issues in hotel units._
- _Carry out installations, improvements, and modifications as required._
- _Implement preventive and corrective measures to ensure proper functioning of technical and security systems._
- _Analyze equipment faults to identify areas for improvement in both equipment and processes._

_Qualifications_
- _Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role._
- _Strong knowledge of electrical systems and general maintenance procedures._
- _Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively._
- _Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail._
- _Strong communication and interpersonal skills._
