- Source resumes through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and forward qualified candidates to the appropriate clients.
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews, both in-person and virtual.
- Conduct initial phone, virtual, and in person interviews to assess candidate suitability and qualifications.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales or recruitment experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- This position offers a competitive starting salary of $17-$20 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
