Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fabricator to join our team. As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating metal components to create various products. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Duties:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of metal components
Assemble and fabricate metal parts using various tools and equipment
Operate cranes and other lifting equipment to move heavy materials
Utilize plasma cutting equipment to cut metal pieces according to specifications
Thread pipes and perform pipe fitting tasks as required
Perform basic mathematical calculations to ensure accurate measurements and dimensions
Use calipers and other measuring instruments to verify dimensions of fabricated parts
Operate power tools such as grinders, drills, and saws to shape and finish metal components
Perform stick welding tasks to join metal parts together according to codes and standards

Skills:

Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Strong assembly skills with the ability to fabricate metal components accurately
Experience operating cranes or other lifting equipment is preferred
Knowledge of plasma cutting techniques and equipment
Familiarity with pipe threading and pipe fitting tasks
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
Ability to use calipers or other measuring instruments for precision work
Proficiency in operating power tools for shaping and finishing metal parts
Experience with stick welding techniques following codes and standards
