What will you do as a Warehouse Associate?

The Warehouse Associate will work in different departments of the production line. These associates will have different responsibilities according to the area they work in.

Core Responsibilities are:

Informing the supervisors about any recurring errors or issues.
Ensuring that data entries are kept up-to-date and complete at each stage of the responsible process steps.
Responsible for fulfilling the requirements of the process instruction and quality standards in areas such as production, warehouse and assembly.
To fulfil the tasks assigned by the processes and procedures and all other documents and to fulfil the requests from the higher units to the party other than these.
To carry out production operations in accordance with the plans given by the production supervisor.
Not to intervene in any work without authorization.
To work and behave in accordance with the workplace internal regulations and Disciplinary Regulations.
To work in accordance with the relevant regulations and procedures of occupational safety
Dispose of waste in waste bins defined according to the codes of the wastes in the department.
Responsible for the related department's material and operational process flow, which is related to the production functional structure within ELIN ENERGY LLC.
Keeping data entries up to date and complete at each stage of the responsible process steps.
Staying updated with new methods and developments in their expertise area, examining them, and presenting the ones that could benefit ELIN ENERGY LLC to their supervisor, while sharing them in a way that contributes to the team's development.
Timely and accurately fulfilling the expected feedback, reporting, and informing tasks the supervising manager requires.
Undertaking other tasks assigned by superiors in line with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required by similar job profiles.
Conducting work activities in alignment with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and Occupational Health and Safety standards.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form.
Courteous telephone manner.
Ability to adapt to changes in the external environment and organization.
Ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports.
Good organizational skills.
Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED required.
6 months of work experience.
