Purpose:


The Marketing Manager, Downstream Programs, will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and promotion of our innovative products within the rapidly evolving field of regenerative aesthetics.

This position reports to the Director of Marketing.

Your creativity, organizational skills, and passion for the field will be instrumental to developing and implementing programs and promotion to drive clinician engagement and customer loyalty.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute downstream customer programs, including loyalty programs, events, and external promotions tailored to the plastic surgery and aesthetics market.
  • Support product management team with downstream implementation and programs to drive crossselling initiatives.
  • Utilize market research and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimization of marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, digital content, and educational materials to support the sales team and customer education initiatives.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and inform future strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and industry partners to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Report to work inperson and start job on time for established shift.
  • Starting job duties on time, staying on the job throughout the assigned shift to complete duties properly, and attending all scheduled meetings and appointments.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Highly organized and detailoriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to secure and maintain a favorable background investigation and clearance.

Education & Experience:


  • Bachelors degree in business management, marketing or relevant science required.
  • Experience with project completion from start to finish.
  • Minimum of 25 years of experience in marketing roles within the medical device or healthcare industry, with a focus on downstream marketing. Aesthetics or other cashpay specialties preferred.
