About The Role


Right Hand Gals is looking for a highly motivated individual with passion and experience in influencer affiliate strategy and social management.

We are the first of our kind, an influencer concierge agency filling a huge gap in the industry by providing white-glove assistance primarily focused on affiliate (LTK/Amazon/ShopMy) social strategies.


As a Right Hand Gal (or pal), you will provide real-time support and guidance to our growing roster of influencers with ideas to maximize their affiliate marketing efforts, picking up where they leave off to generate content like graphics and newsletters, and analyze data to continually make strategic choices.

We're influencer assistants with a passion for getting all things behind-the-scenes done. No project is too big or too small, we can make it happen.


Each day will bring a familiar rhythm based on daily talent needs, while changes to the industry and the algorithm provide opportunities to challenge the way we think and how we drive results.

We aren't the agency that schedules content out months ahead of time, trends change too quickly for that We plan content a week at a time, leaving room for new opportunities, recurring deliverables and more.


You'll learn and be responsible for:

  • Data Partner: Learn the ropes of data analysis and work with influencers to build and manage affiliate programs to optimize their platforms and maximize their earning potential.
  • Influencer Organizer: Keep things running smoothly for our influencers by managing their tasks, calendars, inboxes,and communication. Become their right hand for daytoday operations.
  • Data Entry: Ensure accurate information by keeping influencer details uptodate in our internal system (Notion).
  • Team Player: Collaborate effectively with team members, influencers, managers, assistants, and even spouses to streamline daily workflows and create a supportive team environment.
  • Growth Analyst (In-Training): Learn how to analyze affiliate strategies and translate insights into actionable recommendations to accelerate influencer growth.
  • Canva Content: Use affiliate sales data to create visually appealing graphics in Canva that support influencer strategies.
  • Newsletter: Craft engaging weekly newsletters that capture the influencer's brand voice, showcase their top content, and drive audience engagement with mínimal revisions needed.
  • Trend Spotter: Learn to stay ahead of the influencer marketing game by independently researching emerging trends, industry shifts, and competitor strategies. Turn your findings into actionable recommendations to refine influencer campaigns.
  • Fast Learner: Demonstrate a "cando" attitude and a willingness to learn new things in a dynamic environment.
  • Teamwork Enthusiast: Thrive in a collaborative environment and be a team player who fosters a positive and professional atmosphere.

Requirements:


  • 1+ years of experience working with LTK, Amazon and other brand affiliate platforms preferred
  • 1+ years of experience working with social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube preferred
  • Analytical approach to decisionmaking
  • Selfstarter
  • Exceptionally strong project management and time management skills Experience in copywriting for social media platforms
  • Graphic design with familiarity in Canva
  • Basic Content editing skills (photo, video, and audio) to create engaging reels
  • Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Expert attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Must be able to work in person

Must be local to Ventura County:

  • Must not be allergic to cats/dogs (pets in the office)
  • Must be vaccinated
  • Must be willing to adhere to fragrancefree office requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in progress in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred,
    degree not required

$ $22.00 per hour
