immediate full-time openings for Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic inbound call center support team.

Responsibilities:

Provide customers with information about products and services
Assist customers look up parts in product catalogs and place orders
Verify customer account information to ensure order accuracy
Respond to customer's questions, help process returns, track packages, etc.

Qualifications:

Confident and professional phone demeanor
Excellent verbal communication, conversation, and active listening skills
Customer service mindset with a positive attitude and outgoing personality
Basic computer skills and knowledge of computer software and office systems
Excellent customer service skills

Pay
- $45,000 - $47,000 annually

Pay based upon job skills and work experience
Annual wages are based on a combination of hourly and overtime wages

Monday
Friday 8 am to 5 pm
Every other Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm
