Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Perform financial accounting tasks such as balance sheet reconciliation and accounts receivable management
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Utilize accounting software such as and Quicken to manage financial transactions
- Assist in corporate accounting functions to support overall financial operations
Skills:
- Proficiency in financial accounting practices and principles
- Experience with balance sheet reconciliation and accounts receivable management
- Knowledge of accounting software such as Xero, Quicken, and other relevant tools
- Familiarity with bank reconciliation processes and payroll management
- Understanding of GAAP standards for accurate financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in corporate accounting tasks
