Identification of optimization potential in finance processes
Development of improvements
Responsibility for problem analysis and testing
User support in 1st/2nd level support for our global ERP systems in the finance department
User support in German and English using the ticket system
Internal networking with colleagues from consulting and/or development
Documentation of solutions and best practices
Independent creation of training materials and conducting user trainings
Your profile. What you bring

Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration or a comparable degree program, or completed training in the IT field (IT specialist, etc.)


Good understanding of business processes
Experience in supporting ERP systems (Infor, SAP, Oracle, Navision)
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Independent and structured way of working, also in remote work
Communication and teamwork skills
