Description
The Payroll/HRIS specialist will be responsible for support in managing payroll for employees.This individual will also perform all necessary functions to ensure integrity of HRIS data and ensure data is compliant with all relevant regulatory requirements.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Check timesheets globally for accuracy through ADP and with other payroll providers.
- Oversee payroll in US, Canada, and UK.
- Provide general administrative support including preparing reports for Finance, HR, and other departments as necessary.
- Initiates routine daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
- Assists benefit team with benefit enrollments in ADP.
- Assists Finance team with payroll audits or reconciliation of payroll files.

- _ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software._
- _ Proficient with ADP Workforce Now, ADP Teampay._
- _ Proficient with pulling reports, understanding reports, and Microsoft Excel._
Education and Experience:
- _ Bachelor's degree in business preferred or 4 plus years of payroll/HRIS management experience._
- 25 years of proven payroll experience.
- Excellent knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and ADP Teampay.
Physical Requirements & Work Setting:
- _ Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer._
- _ Hybrid position_
