Training content includes:

  • Use of work and support materials
  • Acceptance and storage of goods
  • Picking and packaging of goods
  • Processing of logistical processes, as well as quality assurance measures, e.g. handling of goods and participation in logistical planning and organizational processes
  • Shipping of goods, preparation of accompanying documents, and implementation of load securing How does training at RATIONAL work? You will start your training after an introductory week, usually in our production department, to get to know our product and production processes from the beginning. Afterwards, all necessary knowledge of the profession will be taught in various sub-processes of shipping, such as order processing, picking, handling/loading, using modern data processing programs.
