    Job Duties:
    • Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines
    • Package products efficiently and accurately
    • Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company and customer standards
    • Maintain a clean and organized environment
    • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
    Pay/Benefits:
    • $19/Hour (Raises after 3, 6, 12 Months)
    • Quarterly Gainsharing Bonuses up to $500+
    • Full Benefits Package (Health, Dental Vision and 4% Company 401k Match)

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
    • Ability to work 2nd Shift hours (2:45PM-12:45AM Monday-Thursday)

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time (10-hour days)
    • Ability to work around chemicals and in a hot warehouse environment
    • Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50lbs frequently, 65 lbs occasionally and 75lbs rare
