  • As an Account Manager at ECO Roof and Solar you must have a full understanding of sales skills required to sell insurance and retail projects. You will utilize your pitch book and demonstrate the proper ways to handle claims, manage customers, interact with subcontractors and display proper time management within projects. Account Managers must develop and maintain client relationships as well as interactively engage and listen to client needs, fostering trust, respect, and rapport. Account Managers have an understanding of ECO's processes and the expert abilities to close new business deals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Run Company leads and generate revenue by selling insurance and retail roofing contracts
  • Self-Generate leads through a referral base, network prospecting and door to door canvassing
  • Meet with insurance adjusters to represent client or client representatives and handle roof sell on sight
  • Manage time and productivity on a daily basis
  • Maintain accurate lead records and CRM data for all opportunities in companies CRM
  • Able to guide property owners through the claims process from start to finish with little supervision, while understanding sales requirements
  • Ensure that the estimating and management team fully understand what is needed and required to close deals by providing proper roof surveystraining provided
  • Corresponding with customers throughout the entire process and monitor daily work completed by crews during production through the assigned PM for the project
  • Turn in customer service surveys and referrals on all jobs
  • Represent ECO Roof and Solar with proper company conduct and company dress code at all times
  • Attend ALL Company required employee and sales meetings
  • Attend ALL product and manufacturer training and certification courses
  • Meet the minimum weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals outlined in the sales targets outlined by your sales manager
  • Maintain the minimum sales conversion ratio required by ECO Roof and Solar
  • Maintain any other duties that may come up related to your job at ECO Roof and Solar or as required to provide excellent customer service to our customers
  • Physical ability and confidence to walk on roofs and climb ladders regularly
  • Physical ability to lift 50lbs

EXPERIENCE:


  • 2 years outside sales commercial roofing experience
  • Salary 75 to 125K (salary against draw)
  • Commission/Bonus Structure DOE
