Description

The Times Media Company, a division of Lee Enterprises, needs excellent customer service/sales representatives. Our Classified Department is growing, and we have full-time positions available.

The classified department is responsible for producing a wide variety of classified advertising from obituaries, service directories, garage sale ads, and legal notice ads.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Works with clients delivering accurate and timely solutions.
Demonstrate an ability to think creatively and communicate effectively internally and externally.
Grow advertising customer base and assist our team in achieving revenue goals.
Regularly manage client relationships.
Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

Advertising or equivalent combination of workrelated experience preferred.
Minimum oneyear experience in sales or customer service.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Well organized, detail oriented and excellent followthrough.
Have a dedicated and driven work ethic.
Knowledge of basic computer programs
Outlook, Excel, Word.
