Description
The Times Media Company, a division of Lee Enterprises, needs excellent customer service/sales representatives. Our Classified Department is growing, and we have full-time positions available.

The classified department is responsible for producing a wide variety of classified advertising from obituaries, service directories, garage sale ads, and legal notice ads.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Works with clients delivering accurate and timely solutions.
  • Demonstrate an ability to think creatively and communicate effectively internally and externally.
  • Grow advertising customer base and assist our team in achieving revenue goals.
  • Regularly manage client relationships.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:


  • Advertising or equivalent combination of workrelated experience preferred.
  • Minimum oneyear experience in sales or customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Well organized, detail oriented and excellent followthrough.
  • Have a dedicated and driven work ethic.
  • Knowledge of basic computer programs
  • Outlook, Excel, Word.
