The Billing Coordinator is primarily responsible for the accurate and timely billing services to residents and their responsible parties.

  • Set up and maintain resident profiles in Point Click Care.
  • Coordinate and collect accounts receivable and pastdue accounts from appropriate parties.
  • Data entry for cash receipts, censusrelated information, and ancillary charges.
  • Review policies and procedures with new residents.
  • Answer resident and family inquiries regarding the billing of services and charges.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employees, residents, visitors, and vendors.
  • Responsible for general office functions, such as, filing, preparing, and mailing letters and resident billing statements, making copies (electronic and/or paper) of documents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including but not limited to assisting with medical billing, accounts payable, and general accounting.
