What to expect

As part of our trainee program, you will get to know different areas and gain intensive insights into the work of an energy provider. You will work on project and special topics in the field of our energy networks and systems and will be developed for a target position, in which you will contribute to the following tasks:

Developing technical solutions and contractual agreements for the implementation of planning and construction projects
Managing and controlling third-party contractors and projects in plant and network construction, local construction supervision, and object management
Coordinating and negotiating with authorities, municipalities, supply companies, and public transport companies

What you bring

Completed university degree in engineering or industrial engineering in the field of electrical engineering with a focus on energy technology or equivalent, or you are a technician (m/f/d) with professional experience
First professional experience through internships or working student positions is desirable
Above-average willingness to learn, excellent analytical and documentation skills
