To support our team, we are looking for a: HR OFFICER WITH A FOCUS ON PAYROLL (M/F/D)YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completed commercial training with further education as a personnel specialist or comparable qualification
- Ideally several years of professional experience in the HR department of a medium-sized, manufacturing company
- Extensive knowledge of labor, social and works constitution law
- Solid knowledge of personnel administration and development
- First experience with remuneration processes
- Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of SAP, Zeus, Datev
- Acquired training authorization, AEVO
- High social competence, confident appearance and entrepreneurial mindset
- Binding, trustworthy and confident demeanor
YOUR TASKS:
- Independent and timely preparation of payroll
