ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Position Summary
The Accounts Receivable Assistant will be working in a fast-paced environment that requires strong communication and organizational skills. Accounts Receivable Assistant is responsible for ensuring accuracy and submission of invoices on a timely basis

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Match the vouchers and receipts to the correct invoice
Scan and prepare the invoices to be submitted to customers
Print receipts from Tul, Mirus, or Flo Xgen
Assist the Accounts Receivable Analyst with sorting vouchers and receipts
Billing invoices in Great Plains

Qualifications:

Proficiency in MS Office
General knowledge of accounting and general ledger accounts
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
Well organized and ability to manage time well
