ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Position Summary
The Accounts Receivable Assistant will be working in a fast-paced environment that requires strong communication and organizational skills. Accounts Receivable Assistant is responsible for ensuring accuracy and submission of invoices on a timely basis


Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Match the vouchers and receipts to the correct invoice
  • Scan and prepare the invoices to be submitted to customers
  • Print receipts from Tul, Mirus, or Flo Xgen
  • Assist the Accounts Receivable Analyst with sorting vouchers and receipts
  • Billing invoices in Great Plains

Qualifications:


  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • General knowledge of accounting and general ledger accounts
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
  • Well organized and ability to manage time well
