Claims Handler (m/f/d)
in Munich, Heltonville, IN.


Your responsibilities include:


  • Providing excellent service to our clients by efficiently, accurately, and promptly handling all cases within your designated area of responsibility
  • Collaborating with internal and external third parties, such as claims inspectors and business partners, to gather information necessary for fair claims processing
  • Working with underwriters to ensure appropriate clauses, endorsements, and conditions are applied in contracts
  • Approving valid payment claims to ensure proper application of insurance limits and deductibles
  • Effectively handling complaints and escalating as needed to ensure fair outcomes for our clients
  • Contributing to achieving established KPIs

Your qualifications include:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree
  • Indepth knowledge of property insurance understanding and interpreting insurance terms and conditions is required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with clients and business partners
