    As the Account Manager specializing in healthcare, you are instrumental in fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional service to our clients in the Healthcare sector. Your role involves understanding and addressing the unique needs of our healthcare clients with healthcare, ensuring their satisfaction and success.

    Job Duties:

    Account Management

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients, building and nurturing relationships to understand their needs and challenges.
    • Provide personalized support and guidance to healthcare clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
    • Proactively engage with healthcare clients to anticipate their needs, offer solutions, and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and address client needs.
    • Support Healthcare clients in managing and supporting our associates, including addressing associate inquiries and facilitating communication.
    • Serve as a liaison between Healthcare clients and internal teams to resolve associate related issues and improve the associate experience.
    • Identify opportunities to expand and enhance our services to better support Healthcare clients and their employees.
    • Engage with Healthcare clients regularly to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for client retention and growth within the Healthcare sector.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, changes in regulations, and emerging best practices relevant to healthcare client relations.


    Recruiting and Sourcing

    • Assist Recruiters with identifying & attracting top talent; partnering with recruiters to find and engage exceptional candidates exceeding client expectations.
    • Collaborate with recruiters and clients to create targeted recruiting strategies to source candidates through various channels that will yield quality talent for specific client staffing needs.
    • Proactively stay ahead of changing client staffing requirements and anticipate future needs.
    • Leverage the existing applicant tracking software (Bullhorn) to input relevant notes and data into the system, contributing to recruitment reports that highlight achievements and areas requiring enhancement.

    Project Management

    • Ensure all client staffing requirements meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Work closely with internal teams to track staffing progress and proactively address potential issues.
    • Participate in contract negotiation and renewal processes for client staffing engagements.


    Work Setting
    80% Remote; 20% On-site; Must be able to travel to healthcare client sites and industry events as needed.

    Education & Experience Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in client relations, account management, or customer service, preferably in the Healthcare sector.
    • Experience working with healthcare employees or within a healthcare setting is advantageous.
    • Experience working with Clinical and Clinical Support workforce staffing contracts.
    • Experience working within a contracting environment preferred.


    Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with healthcare clients and associates.
    • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to address issues effectively and diplomatically.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
    • High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
    • Understanding of healthcare industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
    • Passion for supporting clients and making a positive impact.
