Responsibilities:

Leading the controlling department for highly specialized production processes in a technically demanding environment.
Creating detailed financial analyses, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decisions in an international market.
Continuously reviewing and optimizing cost structures, increasing efficiency in production, and improving profitability.
Implementing and further developing controlling tools and systems, including SAP and Salesforce, to ensure smooth and transparent financial management.
Regular reporting and presentation of financial results and business plans to the management and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

A degree in business administration with a focus on finance/controlling or a comparable qualification.
At least five years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in the specialty plant construction industry or a related technical sector.
In-depth knowledge of production cost analysis and experience in production
