Welcome to the department of Business and Environment We are currently seeking a Specialist (m/f/d) in Corporate Financing/Banks to join our team.

Your tasks will be diverse and challenging, including:

Advising companies on the possibilities and conditions for utilizing state guarantees
Conducting company analyses and preparing decisions for taking on state guarantees
Managing our partner banks in state guarantee transactions
Acquiring syndicated loan business (excluding real estate) in the market and with potential syndicate leaders
Reviewing financing offers, syndicate and loan agreements, and negotiating with syndicate partners (m/f/d) while coordinating with internal departments
Managing the syndicated loan portfolio of the bank

Your profile should be qualified and enriching, including:

Completion of a banking apprenticeship with additional training as a bank specialist (m/f/d) and a degree in economics
Relevant professional experience in the management or analysis of guarantee and syndicated business with companies is desirable
Strong analytical and consulting skills, as well as negotiation skills
A confident and targetoriented demeanor
