Training process:
The three-year study/training period is mainly structured by the study program.

The study takes place at the Weserbergland University (HSW) in Hameln in two stages:
Stage 1: Your studies begin with a three-semester basic stage. This stage is initially more theoretical. The theory phases at HSW are each 12 weeks long, while the practical phases in the training company last 11 weeks. This study schedule offers the advantage that all necessary basic qualifications are taught in the basic stage, with a focus on both technical competence and methodological and social competence. Internally, the main focus is on getting to know the different areas and systems of Atruvia. In-house training and the first assignment in the specialist departments enable a quick and comprehensive entry into the subject matter and the necessary practical relevance.
