- Run department equipment to produce product according to customer's guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct quality checks.
- Read and understand production tickets.
- Package and move finished product.
- Assist with machine set-up.
- Complete electronic and paper documentation.
- Indentory/handle finished product efficiently and accurately; mail product.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Assist coworkers when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read and write basic English.
- 1+ years related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work consecutively 12-hour shifts, rotating 2-2-3 days per week including weekend rotations.
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
- Standard climate-controlled production environment; exposure to loud noise (PPE is provided).
- Ability to lift, carry and push/pull up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, pivot, crouch, squat, kneel, and stoop for up to 12 hours.
- Sensory requirements: vision, hearing, feeling.
- Upper extremity motion requirements: fine motor movements, pushing/pulling with arms, grasping and pinching.
- Lower extremity motion requirements: reaching.
- Post offer, pre-employment physical assessment required.
- Pre-employment background check and drug test is required.
