    Administrative Manager - IMMEDIATE HIRE (Hybrid/Remote Opportunity)

    ABCO Maintenance, a Facility Maintenance/Construction company, is urgently hiring an experienced Administrative Manager/right hand person to support our company owners.

    Job Description:

    The Administrative Manager is a CREATIVE & proactive thinker, working several steps ahead of management to ensure a smooth flow of information as well as a streamlined and coordinated approach.

    To be successful in this role, you should be a 'thinker'/problem solver, well-organized, have great time management and leadership skills, and be able to act without guidance.

    In addition, a qualified candidate must have the ability to perform the below tasks and possess the below abilities.

    Investigations - research and make recommendations or find solutions on issues, possibly even things that are unfamiliar.

    Be respectful to others, but not afraid to push to get an answer.

    Able to influence without authority and be persuasive.

    Additional responsibilities as needed.

    Position Requirements

    Requirements

    + Tech Savvy must successfully complete computer and aptitude assessment

    + Experience in continued administrative functions (10+ years)

    + At least one job with at least 5+ years at the same company and good track record of employment and job consistency

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to details

    + Excellent communication skills

    + Good phone personality

    + Ability to think on your feet, assess situations, and act with a sense of urgency.

    + Must meet all pre-employment requirements.

    + Construction/Maintenance environment a plus, BUT NOT REQUIRED.
