PATIENT LOCATED IN VERO BEACH:
Currently hiring for WEEKENDS (every weekend or E/O weekend). Saturday and Sunday 8am-8pm shift. Private Duty in-home long-term care case. _

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled home health care to persons with disabilities
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status
• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
• Provide specialized healthcare such as administering medication and changing bandages

• G-Tube

• Experience required

Qualifications:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in Florida; RN's accepted
• Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
