    Join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor for an apartment community in St. Augustine, FL. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents enjoy top-notch living spaces by overseeing maintenance operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise maintenance team and delegate tasks effectively
    • Demonstrate strong HVAC skills, especially with new machinery
    • Exceed resident expectations for quality living standards
    • Collaborate with management to develop and review budgets
    • Address major and minor equipment and building issues promptly
    • Complete maintenance and repair work orders in a timely manner
    • Procure and replace broken parts or equipment as needed
    • Maintain a clean and safe workspace
    • Perform additional duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in apartment building maintenance is essential
    • Proficient with various tools and equipment
    • Deadline-driven with acute attention to detail
    • Capable of handling physical workload
