Description

Lead the charge in improving our demand management system as a Demand IBP Systems Manager at Kellanova. We will look to you to streamline processes and achieve optimal results. You will be the IBP (Integrated Business Planning) guru for anything system related addressing questions and problem-solving issues.

The role is based out of Battle Creek, MI and will work in a flexible, hybrid model with weekly in-office days.

As the expert in our SAS Demand Planning System, you will pioneer new feature and upgrades. This high visibility position turns concepts into reality, bringing to life new system solutions.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

Managing the Demand Management System - This position is responsible for overseeing and guiding the team. You will ensure that effective planning processes are established and maintained. This will foster a cohesive and productive work environment.

System Requirements Management - We need you to take charge of identifying and addressing the system requirements for Demand Management Systems.

You will drive enhancements to ensure optimal performance and alignment with organizational objectives.
Implementing Best Practices - You will implement best practices utilizing industry-leading methodologies and strategies.

Your efforts will maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of Demand Systems, staying up to date on emerging trends and technologies.

Overseeing Inputs/Outputs and Master Data - You will direct efforts to manage and maintain the inputs/outputs of the systems. In addition, you will oversee master data management to uphold data integrity and accuracy throughout the process.
Facilitating Cross-Functional Integration - Serving as a liaison between different departments, you will facilitate a smooth integration. You will promote collaboration and communication to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.

We're Looking for Someone With

Extensive experience with demand planning systems, specifically SAS Viya
Proficiency in IT support and a strong understanding of demand management systems and processes.
Proven track record in project management and technology solution design, coupled with excellent analytical skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities for cross-functional integration, with a focus on driving results and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
