    Description
    Customer Service Representative is the direct point of contact, or "front line," to King Brands consumer base.


    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, and email in a timely and professional manner.
    • Receive customer inquiries on order status, product availability and/or other customer needs and respond correctly and timely.
    • Monitor and expedite back ordered products. Communicate delays in filling order to customer.
    • Have a deep understanding of the company's products to effectively answer customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with technical issues.
    • Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions is essential for maintaining a record of customer history and for quality control purposes.
    • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
    • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions.
    • Assist the accounting department with filing.
    • Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers, regardless of the nature of the inquiry or complaint.
    • Navigate within IQMS ERP system and perform tasks essential to the position.
    • Other clerical tasks as required.
