- $1,500 hiring bonus*
- Swing Shift (2:15 – 10:45 PM)
- $22.28 – $27.29 per hour (+ 10% shift differential)

- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 4-6 years of experience operating CNC machines in a production environment
- Familiarity with Haas, DMG Mori Seki, Okuma, and Mazak machines
- Must be able to read blueprints, and have a working knowledge of GD&T
- Beginner proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and use of web browsers
- Willing and able to work overtime as necessary
- Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when on the manufacturing floor
- Proficiency in English to read, write and comprehend instructions and safety protocols
- Must be able to work in a variety of positions such as sitting, standing, bending, and moving between workstations for extended periods of time
- Working knowledge of precision measuring instruments, including but not limited to, calipers, dial indicators, etc.
- Setup and operate CNC machines to manufacture Silicon Carbide (SiC) products
- Cleans and finishes part process in preparation for the next operation
- Uses precision measuring equipment to check part specifications, fixturing setup to assure compliance with applicable quality requirements
- Performs minor preventative maintenance on assigned machines
- Proficiency in basic math to calculate setups while using various units of measurement
- Supports continuous improvement to achieve quality standard work, lower costs, and improve yields
