Sales Support Employee in a Gothaer Agency in the Rostock Region

This is your new task

You are the organizational link between customers, insurance agents, and the corporate headquarters within a Gothaer agency
You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of customer appointments
You support the agency management and potentially other customer advisors administratively
You handle insurance claims and ensure a smooth claims process
You work together with the agency team to take measures for customer retention and carry out actions to expand the customer base
