Student Assistant in the Purchasing Department (m/f/d)

What to expect
| Support the purchasing management in operational tasks
| Assist with tenders and obtaining offers
| Prepare analyses for negotiation and evaluation
| Correspond with suppliers and participate in supplier meetings
| Create presentations, protocols, statistics, and evaluations
| Coordinate appointments
| Evaluate and monitor OTIV with suppliers and subcontractors
| Check and maintain orders and order confirmations in SAP
| Establish a supplier management system and participate in supplier evaluations by recording, sending, and evaluating data
| Create, send, and archive orders and contracts


What you bring
| Enrolled student, preferably with a focus on purchasing
| Proficient in MS Office
| Technical understanding and structured work approach
| Teamwork, affinity for numbers, flexibility, initiative, and independence
