We are currently seeking PT and Seasonal individualsResponsibilities
- World Class Hospitality Standards, including presentation of workspace and one's self.
- Understanding how to read SaltBlock Banquet Event Order (BEO), event floor plans, event timelines and additional eventrelated documents.
- Superb guest interaction and customer service skills
- Ability to assist and help throughout event timeline in all departments as needed dayof, willingness to support team members.
- Willingness to become knowledgeable of menu items and event specific details, including dietary restrictions, allergies, etc.
- Impeccable communication skills, with both guests and team members is a most
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Event production setup and breakdown.
- Event service style from cocktail waiting to hightouch plated dinners.
- Ability to lift 10+ lbs.
- Punctuality and timeliness
- Willingness to obtain a Food Handler's Certification.
- Required: Weekend and evening availability.
- Preferred: Banquet/Catering experience
