For one of my nationally represented personnel service providers, I am currently looking for YOU as an additional team player for their Stuttgart branch


Tasks:

  • Recording of time sheets
  • Certification management
  • Preparation and execution of payroll accounting
  • Creation of invoices and credit notes
  • Checking compliance with applicable labor and collective bargaining laws
  • Preparation of employment contracts and temporary employment contracts

Qualifications:

  • Completed education
  • Knowledge of temporary employment/personnel services
  • Open to new challenges
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Ideally, knowledge of Landwehr (Zvoove)
