Previously rented apartment in need of a facelift. Empty, unfurnished. Entire apartment (3 bedrooms, living room, hallway, and ceilings) needs to be painted after fixing damages on walls. Moisture treatment behind the headboard of the double bed. Some electrical work and installation of ceiling fixtures required. Considering installing new kitchen furniture, IKEA style. Cleaning needed.
