Summary:


As the face of our Kent Power headquarters, the Human Resources Administrator is central to ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for our field and office employees and supporting daily operations at Kent Power.

Beyond administrative tasks, this role is a key component in integrating new team members into the organization.


In addition to the primary responsibility of guiding new hires through onboarding, daily tasks include greeting visitors, managing correspondence, and maintaining communal spaces.

The HR Administrator will also assist with HR projects, verify employee documentation, and support company events


Essential Functions:

  • Host inperson orientation and process new hire paperwork
  • Manage onboarding process for field employees across multiple states
  • Verify the accuracy of employee paperwork and documentation
  • Assist in Human Resources projects
  • Create communications for companywide distribution
  • Assist in building maintenance issues and vendor coordination
  • Ordering and stocking office supplies
  • Assist in the coordination of company events
  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Associate Degree in Human Resources
  • 1+ year of professional experience
  • Proven high level of organizational aptitude
