We are looking for a Sachbearbeitung (m/w/d) Antragsbearbeitung to join our team at the Amt für Umwelt- und Verbraucherschutz as soon as possible.

This position is classified as BesGr A 10 LBesO or EG 9b TVöD.


The Gewässerschutz und Altlasten department of the Amt für Umwelt- und Verbraucherschutz is made up of the areas of Gewässerschutz, Wohnen und Flächenrecycling, gewerbliche Bauvorhaben, Bodenschutz, and Grundwassersanierung.

We are currently seeking a new team member to join our team of 10 colleagues in the Gewerbliche Bauvorhaben department.

This position will involve working on a variety of interesting tasks for the Untere Umweltschutzbehörde.

After a thorough training period, you will be responsible for conducting initial reviews of building permit applications based on established criteria and providing organizational support to your colleagues throughout the process.

With further training, you will also have the opportunity to independently handle inquiries regarding construction projects from an environmental and legal perspective.

Additionally, you will assist your team members with administrative and regulatory procedures.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing organizational and technical support to your colleagues in the building permit process
  • Communicating with building owners and architects
