We invite you to come join our team as a Medical Receptionist at our Liberty Pacific Advanced Imaging center in Tarzana.

We have full time positions with the following schedules available:

Monday - Friday 2:30pm to 11:00pm

Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm

In this medical receptionist position you'll get to:

• Answer phones and greet incoming patients and visitors.
• Perform patient registration and insurance verification, and collect copays.
• Guide patients through this sometimes difficult process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns.
• Coordinate with office staff for timely care of patients.
• Crosstrain and help as needed in other departments (i.e. scheduling, medical records, etc.).
• Participate in various projects and/or meetings, and complete other tasks as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements:
