For our renowned client in the Linds Crossing, PA area, we are currently seeking a permanent full-time position for a Kaufmann (m/w/d) Büromanagement in the field of logistics services.

Your responsibilities:

Managing daytoday operations in the control center (checking freight documents, recording incoming and outgoing goods, evaluating order processing)
Communication with system partners
Managing the control center through warehouse management systems (maintaining logistics processes data)
Implementing warehouse logistics processes
Conducting inventory checks and audits
Organizing transportation services, including truck handling

Your profile:

Completed commercial apprenticeship and previous experience in logistics is an advantage, or a similar qualification
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
Ability to handle stress and flexibility, as well as teamwork skills
Willingness to work in shifts
Organized and proactive work style
