Description

The duties of a Scribe are to document the physician dictated patient history, physical examination, family, social and past medical history as well as document procedures, lab results and any other information pertaining to the patient's encounter.

Medical Scribes are to support the care of the patients, which is led by the healthcare provider.

Support includes accurately scribing for providers, completing paperwork, communicating with fellow support staff members, and other tasks which leads to the improvement of the patients' health.

This job description does not imply that these are the only duties to be performed. He or she may be required to follow any other instructions and to perform other duties requested by his or her supervisor based on the needs of the organization


Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
