Position Overview


As the Program Administrator, you will oversee the training and supervision of our Day Habilitation Staff, ensuring they deliver services according to best practices.

You will be responsible for accurately submitting billing data, conducting internal quality assurance reviews, and ensuring survey compliance. Your role involves managing community inclusion programs, monitoring support meetings, and handling incident management.

Additionally, you will lead staff meetings, review habilitation plans, resolve conflicts, and act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the direct supervision and training of the Day Habilitation Staff.
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely submission of billing data.
  • Responsible for ensuring program is delivered through a best practice model.
  • Responsible to conduct periodic internal quality assurance reviews.
  • Responsible for survey compliance and limited fiscal reviews outcomes.
  • Work closely with our compliance and records management staff in ensuring that all records are maintained with high integrity

General Duties:


  • Screen, hire and recommend staff termination.
  • Ensure a vibrant community inclusion program.
  • Responsible for monitoring circle of support meeting.
  • Ensure that payroll, purchase orders and petty cash are processed timely.
  • Take lead in incident management and occurrence reporting.
  • Participate in department head meeting and Adult Day Service committee
  • Schedule and lead staff meeting.
  • Review day habilitation plans for clinical correctness and instructional efficacy.
  • Resolve staff conflict.
  • Be the lead liaison to all internal and external stake holders.

Educational Requirements:


A Bachelors Degree in human services from an Accredited College or University and a minimum of 5 years' experience with the developmentally disabled are required.

Master degree preferred in social services related area and 3 years of work experience with people with developmental disabilities. QIDP status is highly desirable.
