For our location in Straßberg, we are looking for a

Construction Assistant (m/f/d)

Your tasks:


  • Support on construction sites in civil engineering and demolition in coordination with the foreman and machine operator.
  • Operation of small construction equipment and auxiliary devices.
  • Maintenance and care of construction machinery and equipment.
  • Participation in securing and clearing construction sites.
  • Compliance with work and health protection on the construction site.

Your profile:


  • Ideally, professional experience on construction sites.
  • Manual dexterity, diligence, and resilience.
  • Class B driver's license is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, reliability, and teamwork.
  • Willingness to learn and take on other tasks and roles.
